Air Duct Cleaning

Air duct cleaning is the professional process of removing dust, dirt, debris, allergens, mold, and other contaminants that accumulate inside the heating and cooling ductwork of your HVAC system.

At Ducts Unlimited we use specialized tools — such as high-powered vacuums, and rotating brushes to dislodge and suction out buildup from the supply and return ducts, registers, grilles, and return boxes.

This service improves indoor air quality, can boost HVAC efficiency, reduce allergens, and help prevent the circulation of pollutants throughout your home or business.

Media Air Filter

Fogging Sanitation

UV Light Installation

Fogging sanitation is a professional disinfection method that uses specialized machines to disperse a fine mist or “fog” of EPA-approved sanitizing and disinfecting solution into the air duct system.

The ultra-fine fog penetrates deep into hard-to-reach spaces — including vents, ductwork, behind furniture, inside cabinets, and other crevices — where traditional cleaning methods and manual spraying simply cannot reach

.

This process helps kill bacteria, viruses, mold, and other pathogens on surfaces and in the air, making it a fast and highly effective way to improve indoor air quality and reduce the risk of illness in homes, offices, and commercial spaces.

UV light installation involves placing specialized Ultraviolet-C (UV-C) lamps inside your HVAC system, typically on the evaporator coil or in the main air duct, to actively disinfect the air and surfaces as air circulates.

These high-intensity UV lights damage the DNA of mold, bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms, preventing them from growing or spreading throughout your home or business.

Once installed, UV lights provide continuous, chemical-free air purification, improving indoor air quality, reducing allergens, and helping keep your HVAC system cleaner and more efficient.

Metal Supply Plenum

Whole-Home Dehumidifiers

Media air cabinet installation is the process of upgrading your HVAC system with a high-capacity filtration cabinet that holds larger, high-efficiency media filters (typically 4–5 inches thick).

These cabinets are professionally installed in the return air duct near the air handler or furnace, replacing the standard 1-inch filter slot with a much more effective filtration system.

This upgrade dramatically improves indoor air quality by capturing far more dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and other airborne particles, while also helping protect your HVAC equipment and maintain better airflow.

Metal supply plenum installation is the process of replacing or building a new sheet metal box (plenum) directly attached to your HVAC air handler or furnace that distributes conditioned air into the supply ducts.

Unlike common duct board (fiberglass) plenums, which are porous and typically grow mold and bacteria over time due to moisture exposure, a properly sealed metal plenum is non-porous, resistant to microbial growth, and far more durable.

This upgrade eliminates air leaks, prevents mold-related indoor air quality issues, improves airflow balance, and creates a cleaner, long-term foundation for your entire HVAC and air quality system.

Whole home dehumidifier installation involves professionally integrating a high-capacity dehumidification system directly into your existing HVAC ductwork, typically installed inline with the air handler or as a standalone unit that ties into the return and supply ducts.

These whole-home units continuously monitor and remove excess moisture from the air throughout the entire house, maintaining optimal humidity levels between 30–50%.

This installation dramatically improves indoor air quality by preventing mold growth, reducing dust mites and allergens, eliminating musty odors, and protecting your home’s structure and your family’s health from humidity-related issues.
